Message	of their premium at the end of the year too right? have you ever heard of an agreed value policy or stated value policy with appraisal? Have you heard of custom parts and equipment coverage? Also, different companies have different defenitions of "acceptable risk." If your car is legal to drive, then you can find appropreate coverage. Guaranteed. trust me, insurance being manditory is NOT a stupid thing.
